Other reported reactions include anemia, osteoporosis, and adrenal insufficiency (manifested as fatigue, hypotension, salt craving, etc.).
After drug withdrawal and recovery: Symptoms such as decreased sexual desire, reduced sperm count, and breast swelling are usually reversible.
X. Contraindications
Absolute taboo:
Liver diseases (including liver tumors, Dubin-Johnson syndrome, etc.);
② Any cancer other than prostate cancer;
③ Previously diagnosed with meningioma;
④ Consuming diseases (such as involuntary weight loss);
⑤ History of thrombosis or embolism;
⑥ Severe diabetes with vascular lesions;

XI. Drug interactions
Caution is needed when combining: rifampin (anti-tuberculosis), phenytoin (anti-epileptic), St. John's wort (herbal medicine), ketoconazole/itraconazole (anti-fungal), ritonavir (anti-HIV), statin lipid-lowering drugs, and glitazone hypoglycemic drugs.
