2. Breastfeeding women: After weighing the benefits of treatment and breastfeeding, decide whether to continue breastfeeding or discontinue medication. Although there have been reports indicating that sennoside was not detected in breast milk, there have been reports of diarrhea in lactating infants.

9、 Adverse reactions

1. More than 5% incidence: abdominal pain.

2. The incidence rate is below 0.1% to 5%: diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal sounds.

3. The incidence is unknown: allergic reactions such as rash, hypokalemia, hyponatremia, dehydration, blood pressure drop, abdominal discomfort, colorectal melanosis (long-term continuous medication), elevated ALT, elevated AST, elevated gamma GTP, elevated bilirubin, kidney damage, yellow brown or red urine, fatigue.

10、 Contraindications

1. Individuals with a history of allergies to the ingredients of this medicine or preparations containing sennoside.

2. Suspected acute abdominal syndrome and spastic constipation (due to increased peristalsis, symptoms such as abdominal pain may worsen).

3. Severe constipation (oral laxatives have poor efficacy and may worsen symptoms such as abdominal pain).

4. Individuals with electrolyte imbalance (especially hypokalemia) (diarrhea during heavy medication can cause further loss of electrolytes, exacerbating the condition).
