6、 Dose adjustment

When combined with levodopa, the dosage of levodopa can be reduced based on individual reactions.

For those using CYP1A2 inhibitors or mild liver dysfunction, the dosage should be reduced to 0.5mg/day.

7、 Medication precautions

It can be taken before or after meals. A high-fat diet may slightly reduce absorption rate, but it does not affect overall bioavailability.

When missed, do not supplement or double the dosage. Just take it at the regular time the next day.

If vomiting occurs after taking the medication, there is no need to take it again. Continue with the next dose according to the original plan.

During treatment, blood pressure should be monitored to avoid consuming large amounts of casein foods (such as aged cheese).
