11、 Drug interactions

Digoxin (may increase blood drug concentration).

Potassium sparing diuretics or potassium supplements (may cause hyperkalemia).

Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (may weaken blood pressure lowering effects or cause kidney damage).

CYP3A4 inhibitors (such as itraconazole) or inducers (such as rifampicin) may affect mRNA metabolism.

Grapefruit juice may enhance the stimulating effect.
