The medication cycle of Tucatinib depends on the disease type, treatment response, and tolerance, and usually needs to be continued until disease progression or intolerable toxicity occurs.

1. Conventional treatment cycle

(1) Breast cancer treatment: In clinical trials, most patients continue to use drugs for more than 6 months, with a median treatment time of about 8.6 months.

(2) Combination therapy plan: When used in combination with trastuzumab, it is recommended to maintain treatment simultaneously until disease progression.

2 Discontinuation criteria

(1) Disease progression: Treatment should be terminated when imaging confirms tumor growth or the appearance of new lesions.

(2) Serious toxicity: permanent discontinuation of medication is required in case of grade 3-4 liver damage, uncontrollable diarrhea, etc.

3 Special circumstances adjustment

(1) Dose interruption: For grade 2 adverse reactions, medication should be temporarily suspended and restored to the original dose or reduced after relief.

(2) Liver dysfunction: Children Pugh grade C patients require continuous monitoring and may have their course of treatment shortened.

4. Medication monitoring requirements

(1) Regular evaluation: Imaging examinations should be conducted every 8-12 weeks to assess the efficacy.
