Pulmozyme is suitable for cystic fibrosis patients and is administered via nebulization. The recommended daily dose is 2.5mg (1 tube) and requires the use of a specific nebulizer device. 1. Conventional usage and dosage

(1) Standard dose: Inhale 2.5mg once daily (1 single dose vial)

(2) Administration method: limited to use through approved spray nebulizers only

(3) Medication time: It is recommended to use it at the same time every day

2 Preparation and inhalation methods

(1) Before use, check that the solution is clear and free of particles

(2) Pour all the medicine into the atomizer storage cup

(3) Connect the compressed air source and maintain normal breathing rate for inhalation

(4) The atomization process takes about 10-15 minutes until the liquid is exhausted

3 Special precautions

(1) Clean the atomizer components with sterile water after each use

(2) Avoid letting the medication come into contact with the eyes or skin

(3) If breathing difficulties worsen, the medication should be stopped immediately

(4) Unused medication after opening should be discarded

4 Storage Requirements

(1) Unopened small bottle: refrigerated storage at 2-8 ℃

(2) Prepared solution: Use within 12 hours at room temperature
