Invasive aspergillosis: Take 200mg orally every 12 hours.

Esophageal candidiasis: Take 200mg orally every 12 hours.
6. Dose adjustment
Liver dysfunction: In adults with mild to moderate liver dysfunction, the maintenance dose is halved.
Renal insufficiency: In adults with moderate to severe renal insufficiency, avoid intravenous administration and consider oral administration, while closely monitoring renal function.
The dosage adjustment for pediatric and elderly patients depends on specific circumstances.
7. Medication precautions
Before and after meals: Tablets and oral suspensions should be taken at least 1 hour before or after meals.
Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as possible, but if it is close to the next medication time, skip the missed dose and take the medication at the regular time.
Vomiting: If vomiting occurs after taking the medication, there is no need to take it again. Continue with the next dose according to the original plan.

Voriconazole is a strong inhibitor of CYP3A4, CYP2C9, and CYP2C19, which can increase the plasma concentration of drugs metabolized by these enzymes.
Simultaneously using CYP3A4, CYP2C9, and CYP2C19 inducers can significantly reduce the plasma concentration of voriconazole.
