1. Preoperative dosage for patients with chronic liver disease

(1) Platelet count<40 × 10 ⁹/L: Starting from 10-13 days before surgery, take 60mg orally daily for 5 consecutive days.

(2) Platelet count 40-50 × 10 ⁹/L: Take 40mg orally daily for 5 days, and perform surgery 5-8 days after the last dose.

2. Dosage for adult and pediatric ITP patients

(1) Adults and children aged 6 years or older: Take 20mg tablets daily initially, along with food.

(2) Children aged 1-6 years: Initial daily dose of 10mg powder, adjusted according to platelet count.

3. Dose adjustment rules
