1. Usage and dosage

(1) Adult starting dose: usually 120-160mg per day, taken twice after meals, swallowed whole and not chewed.

(2) Maintenance dose: Adjust to 40-120mg per day based on serum testosterone levels, and regularly monitor hormone levels for long-term treatment.

(3) Medication timing: It is recommended to take it together with high-fat foods to improve absorption rate, and an 8-12 hour interval between two doses is recommended.

2. Medication for special populations

(1) Pregnancy: Absolute contraindication, may cause female fetal masculinity or male fetal precocious puberty.

(5) Liver dysfunction: Mild damage requires a reduction of 30-50%; Prohibited for patients with moderate to severe damage, which may increase metabolic burden.

(6) Renal insufficiency: No dose adjustment is required, but patients with end-stage renal disease should be cautious in monitoring the risk of drug accumulation.
