Nausea

Avoid lying down immediately after taking the drug; a moderate walk may be helpful.

If nausea persists, is accompanied by vomiting, or affects eating, inform the doctor to assess whether the dose needs adjustment or other causes need to be ruled out.

Do not take antiemetics on one's own to mask symptoms.

Abdominal Bloating

Chew food thoroughly and slowly to reduce swallowed air; avoid carbonated drinks, beans, and other gas-producing foods.

Maintain regular bowel movements; those with constipation may increase water intake and dietary fiber.

If bloating is marked or accompanied by abdominal pain or cessation of passing gas and stool, be alert for emergencies such as intestinal obstruction and seek medical attention promptly.

Patients with mild symptoms may be observed without immediately stopping the drug, but symptoms should be recorded and communicated to the doctor.

Rash

When rash occurs, avoid scratching, keep the skin clean and dry, and wear loose cotton clothing.

Temporarily stop using skin care or bathing products that may irritate the skin.

Mild rash may be observed and reported to the doctor; if the rash spreads rapidly or is accompanied by marked itching, seek medical evaluation.

If signs of allergy such as facial or lip swelling, difficulty breathing, wheezing, or dizziness occur, stop the drug immediately and seek emergency treatment.

Patients with a history of drug allergy should proactively inform the doctor before treatment.

Overall Management

Record the time of symptom onset, severity, and relationship to medication to help the doctor make judgments.

Do not increase, decrease, or stop the drug on one's own; return for follow-up promptly if symptoms persist or worsen.

Monitor liver function and blood lipids regularly to rule out discomfort caused by other reasons.
