The side effects of the Helicobacter pylori eradication treatment drug (VonosapPack) mainly include gastrointestinal reactions, allergic symptoms, and neurological effects. The side effects of different components of the drug have different characteristics, and most can be alleviated by adjusting the medication method. Special populations need to develop individualized medication plans based on their physiological status.

1. Common side effects and alleviation

(1) Gastrointestinal reactions: About 30% -50% of patients experience nausea and diarrhea. It is recommended to take medication after meals and drink small amounts of water multiple times. Severe diarrhea requires supplementation with electrolyte solution.

(2) Allergic reaction: Amoxicillin may cause a rash, with an incidence rate of about 5% -10%. Immediate discontinuation of medication and change of antibiotic regimen are required.

2. Impact on the nervous system

(1) Clarithromycin related: 15% -20% of patients report headaches and dizziness, which usually resolve on their own within 3-5 days. If the symptoms persist, the dosage needs to be adjusted.
