The usage and dosage of Orgovyx should be adjusted according to the indications, and special attention should be paid to cardiovascular risk and liver and kidney function status when using it for special populations. 1. Standard usage and dosage

(1) Adult prostate cancer: Take 120mg orally daily, the whole tablet is not affected by food intake. Continue medication until disease progression or intolerable toxicity occurs.

(2) Leakage treatment: If the leakage time is less than 12 hours, it should be immediately replenished; >Skip the dose for 12 hours and take the medication according to the original plan the next day. Double dose supplementation is prohibited.

2. Medication for special populations

(1) Liver dysfunction: Reduce the dosage to 80mg/day for Child Pugh B patients and discontinue use for Child Pugh C. Monitor ALT/AST and bilirubin levels monthly.

(2) Renal insufficiency: CrCl ≥ 30mL/min does not require adjustment,<30mL/min or contraindicated for dialysis patients. Electrolytes and QT interval need to be monitored.

(3) Elderly patients: Those aged 65 and above need to strengthen electrocardiogram monitoring as the risk of QT prolongation increases. Suggested starting dose is 120mg/day.

(4) Pediatric patients: Safety and efficacy have not been established for those under 18 years old, and its use is not recommended.
