1. Endocrine system related side effects

Hot flashes (56% incidence): Keep the environment cool, wear breathable clothing, and avoid spicy food and alcohol. In severe cases, non hormonal therapies such as gabapentin may be considered.

Fluctuations in testosterone levels: There may be a brief increase (1-2 weeks) during the initial stages of medication, followed by a sustained decrease. Regular testing of PSA and testosterone levels is required, usually without special treatment.

2. Cardiovascular system side effects
