5. Effects of antacids

Aluminum/magnesium antacids can reduce the efficacy of Tenapano and should be taken at least 2 hours apart. It is recommended to prioritize the use of H2 receptor antagonists.

6. Iron agent interaction

There is a risk of binding reaction with oral iron supplements, and they should be taken at intervals of at least 1 hour. Intravenous iron supplementation is not affected.
