2. Severe renal insufficiency

Obstruction of excretion in patients with renal failure or dialysis may exacerbate side effects.

If needed, start from the lowest starting dose and closely monitor renal function indicators.

3. Monitoring during medication use

Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction should have regular follow-up examinations of transaminase, bilirubin, and creatinine levels during medication.
