1、 Retinoic acid syndrome: identification and management

1. Identification of core symptoms

The main symptoms include high fever, muscle soreness, headache, and general fatigue, often accompanied by dry skin and mucous membranes.

In severe cases, liver dysfunction or elevated blood lipids may occur, and immediate medical attention is required.

2. Handling principles

Once the above symptoms occur, medication should be immediately suspended and a doctor should be contacted.

Doctors may adjust the dosage or change the treatment plan based on the severity of symptoms.

2、 Skin irritation: graded response strategy

1. Mild irritation

Manifesting as local erythema, slight peeling or burning sensation, it is a normal treatment response.

It can be alleviated by strengthening moisturizing and using mild skincare products.

2. Moderate to severe stimulation
