3、 Precautions

1. Hypotension

It is prone to occur in the early stages of titration, insufficient blood volume, and when diuretics are used in combination.

Regularly measure blood pressure and seek medical attention promptly if fainting occurs.

2. Hyperkalemia

The risk of renal insufficiency, diabetes and the elderly is higher.

Avoid taking potassium supplements or potassium salt substitutes on your own.

Regularly check blood potassium levels. If muscle weakness or palpitations occur, seek medical attention.

3. Deterioration of renal function

There is a high risk of pre-existing renal insufficiency, dehydration, and concomitant use of nephrotoxic drugs.

Ensure adequate drinking water and avoid self medication with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

Regularly check blood creatinine and urea nitrogen, and seek medical attention if urine output decreases.

4. Vascular edema

Individuals with a history of vascular edema have a higher risk.

Manifested as swelling in the face, lips, and throat, which can cause difficulty breathing.

If swelling occurs, stop taking medication immediately and seek medical attention.

Cannot be used in combination with ACEI, and switching from ACEI requires stopping the medication for at least 36 hours.

5. Medication contraindications and monitoring

Pregnant women are prohibited from using it, and it is necessary to consult a doctor during lactation.
