Primary hypercholesterolemia:

Combination therapy: Used in combination with statins to further reduce TC, LDL-C, and ApoB.
Homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH): Used in combination with statins as an adjunct to other lipid-lowering treatments.
Homozygous sitosterolemia: reduces plasma levels of sitosterols and brassinosteroids.
