1. Standard administration time

(1) Frequency requirement: Take orally twice a day at a fixed time (such as 8am and 8pm) to maintain a stable blood drug concentration.

(2) Interval control: Two doses should be administered approximately 12 hours apart to avoid excessive fluctuations in blood drug concentration.

2. Relationship with Eating

(1) Take with meals: The capsule should be swallowed whole with meals, as food can increase drug exposure by about 20%.

(2) Absorption characteristics: Peak blood drug concentration is reached 2-4 hours after meals, and taking on an empty stomach may reduce bioavailability.

3. Handling of special circumstances

(1) Principle of missed doses: If missed doses are found, there is no need to supplement them. The next dose should be taken according to the original plan to avoid double doses.

(2) Dose adjustment: For patients with liver dysfunction, it should be adjusted to 100mg twice a day, and it is contraindicated for those with moderate to severe liver dysfunction.

4. Duration of medication

(1) Treatment cycle: Long term continuous medication is required until disease progression or intolerance occurs, and the drug is effective for 24 months.
