1. Common side effects

(1) Digestive system reactions: nausea (1.7% incidence), indigestion. It is recommended to take a small amount of food together to alleviate symptoms.

(2) Allergic reactions: The incidence of rash is less than 1%, and medication should be stopped and antihistamine treatment should be administered when it occurs.

(3) Fatigue/drowsiness: The incidence rate is about 1.2%. Avoid driving or precise operation after medication.

2. Serious adverse reactions

(1) Hypersensitivity reaction: Rare vascular edema or respiratory distress, requiring immediate discontinuation of medication and emergency treatment.

(2) Abnormal liver function: The incidence of elevated ALT is 0.5%. Patients with chronic liver disease should use it with caution and monitor it regularly.
