If serious adverse reactions occur, the dosage should be reduced according to the doctor's advice (such as from 240mg to 160mg, and then to 120mg) or the medication should be suspended.

Hepatotoxicity monitoring: During the initial stage of treatment, liver function should be monitored monthly. If skin discoloration, fatigue, or darkened urine color occurs, seek medical attention immediately.

Drug interactions: Do not use in combination with potent CYP3A4 inducers (such as rifampicin); If potent CYP3A4 inhibitors must be used, the dose of lenatinib needs to be significantly reduced. Proton pump inhibitors should be avoided in combination, and H2 receptor antagonists should be taken at least 3 hours apart from lenatinib.
