1、 Brewing water temperature and ratio

Water temperature requirement: Use warm water (around 40 ℃) for brewing, do not use boiling water or overheated liquids to avoid damaging nutrients.

Powder to water ratio: strictly follow the powder to water ratio specified in the product manual (usually adding milliliters of water per spoonful of powder). It is recommended to use a measuring spoon included in the packaging to ensure accurate concentration.

Mixing operation: Slowly add the powder into the water, stirring while adding until completely dissolved without clumping. If stratification occurs after settling, shake well again before taking.

2、 Before or after meals

Regular oral intake for patients: It is recommended to take it after meals or with meals to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort, especially for those with weak digestive function.

Special tolerance condition: If there is no nausea, bloating or other discomfort after taking on an empty stomach, it can also be taken before meals, but it is generally recommended to take it after meals for better absorption.

Daily divided intake: If multiple doses are required daily, they can be evenly distributed after three meals or during meals to avoid causing osmotic diarrhea due to excessive single intake.

3、 Usage for nasogastric feeding patients
