1.Information for Patients with Severe Cardiovascular Disease

1.Clear contraindications and situations requiring caution

Patients with severe cardiovascular disease should not use this product,especially those with severe arrhythmia,sick sinus syndrome,or marked bradycardia.

For patients with cardiac conduction block,recent myocardial infarction,or unstable angina,the risk must be assessed by a doctor before medication.

Use with caution in patients with hypotension or blood pressure regulation disorders to avoid worsening symptoms.

2.Cardiovascular monitoring during medication

During the initial dose escalation period and after each dose adjustment,blood pressure and heart rate should be measured regularly.

If dizziness,syncope,chest tightness,palpitations,or obvious fatigue occurs,recheck immediately and seek medical attention.

Use caution when combining with heart rate-lowering drugs such as beta-blockers and digoxin,and adjust according to the doctor's advice.

3.Do not adjust on your own

Do not stop or increase the dose on your own out of concern about cardiovascular reactions;sudden discontinuation can cause blood pressure rebound.

Common allergic manifestations include rash,itching,urticaria,and facial or lip swelling.

3.Inform before medication

During visits,actively inform the doctor of previous drug allergy history and allergens.
