2.5mg tablets: Round tablets with a diameter of approximately 5.5mm, a thickness of approximately 2.7mm, and a weight of approximately 70mg.
5mg tablet: elliptical tablet, with a length of about 7mm, a short diameter of about 3.3mm, and a weight of about 140mg.
10mg tablet: elliptical tablet, with a length of about 7mm, a short diameter of about 3.3mm, and a weight of about 140mg.

5、 Usage and dosage
1. Conventional usage: Adults usually take 5mg once a day before bedtime.
2. Dose adjustment: The dose can be adjusted appropriately according to the condition, but the maximum daily dose should not exceed 10mg.
6、 Dose adjustment
1. Patients with liver dysfunction:
Patients with severe liver dysfunction (Child Pugh grade C) are contraindicated.
For patients with mild to moderate liver dysfunction (Child Pugh classification B), the recommended dose is 2.5mg once daily.
Combination with specific drugs: When used in combination with potent CYP3A inhibitors such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, clarithromycin, etc., the recommended dose is once daily, 2.5mg per dose.
7、 Medication precautions
1. Dosage: It should be taken before bedtime.
2. Handling of missed doses: If missed, take as soon as possible when remembered, but if it is close to the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the regular time. Double dose should not be taken at once.
3. Vomiting treatment: If vomiting occurs shortly after taking medication, additional doses should not be taken.
4. Driving and operating machinery: This product may cause drowsiness, decreased attention or judgment, and reduced motor coordination. Therefore, during and on the second day after taking medication, one should avoid driving cars or operating dangerous machinery until it is confirmed that the medication has not affected oneself.
5. Discontinue medication: When insomnia symptoms improve, consult a doctor to see if medication needs to be continued.
8、 Medication for special populations
1. Children: The safety and effectiveness of medication for children have not yet been established.
2. Pregnant and lactating women: The safety of medication for pregnant and lactating women has not yet been established. It should only be used when the therapeutic benefits outweigh the potential risks.
3. Elderly people: usually do not need to adjust the dosage, but due to possible physiological decline, medication should be taken with caution.
4. Patients with renal insufficiency: Patients with mild to moderate renal insufficiency do not require dose adjustment. The medication data for patients with severe renal insufficiency is limited and should be used with caution.
9、 Adverse reactions
1. Common adverse reactions (incidence ≥ 3%) include drowsiness and headache.
2. Other adverse reactions (with an incidence rate of 1% to 3%) may include dizziness, fatigue, dry mouth, etc.
3. The incidence of adverse reactions observed in long-term medication studies is similar to that in short-term studies.
10、 Contraindications
1. Individuals allergic to any ingredient of this product are prohibited from using it.
2. Patients with severe liver dysfunction (Child Pugh grade C) are contraindicated.
3. Combination with potent CYP3A inhibitors (such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, clarithromycin, ritonavir, etc.) and preparations containing St. John's wort (Forsythia suspensa) is prohibited.
11、 Drug interactions
1. Prohibition of combination use: Strong CYP3A inhibitors (such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, clarithromycin, ritonavir, etc.) and preparations containing St. John's wort (Forsythia suspensa), as they significantly increase the blood concentration and risk of adverse reactions.
2. Caution should be exercised when combining/adjusting dosage:
When used in combination with intermediate acting CYP3A inhibitors such as fluconazole, verapamil, and diltiazem, the blood concentration of this product may increase, and the dose of this product should be reduced to 2.5mg.
When used in combination with CYP3A inducers (such as rifampicin), the blood concentration of this product may decrease and the efficacy may be weakened.
When used in combination with alcohol or other central nervous system inhibitors (such as sedatives, hypnotics, and anti anxiety drugs), it may enhance central inhibitory effects, increase the risk of drowsiness and dangerous machinery operation, and should be avoided.
When used in combination with zolpidem, it may mutually enhance the damage to driving ability.
