1. Each tablet contains 0.5mg, 1mg, or 2mg of Duodenafil.

5、 Usage and dosage

1. Adult standard dose: once daily oral administration, starting at 0.5mg, gradually increasing according to blood uric acid levels.

2. Maintenance dose: usually 2mg per day, adjustable according to the patient's condition, with a maximum dose of 4mg per day.

3. Dose adjustment: In the initial stage of treatment, it is necessary to slowly increase the dosage to avoid gout attacks

Week 1-2: 0.5mg/day

Week 3-6: 1mg/day

Starting from the 7th week: 2mg/day, may be increased to 4mg/day if necessary.

6、 Medication precautions

1. Before and after meals: can be taken with food or on an empty stomach. Food may slightly delay peak time but does not affect absorption.

2. Missed dose: If missed, it should be taken as soon as possible. If it is close to the next dose, skip it and do not double the dose.

3. Vomiting: Vomiting after taking medication should be judged based on the duration of vomiting, and if necessary, consult a physician.

4. Other: Adequate drinking water and alkalization of urine are necessary to prevent urinary tract stones.

7、 Medication for special populations

1. Renal insufficiency:

(1) Avoid use for severe renal dysfunction (eGFR<30mL/min/1.73m ²);

(2) Mild to moderate cases require careful monitoring.

2. Liver dysfunction: Patients with mild to severe liver dysfunction need to be closely monitored and undergo regular liver function tests.

3. Elderly individuals: There is no significant difference in pharmacokinetics compared to young individuals, and there is no need to adjust the dosage.

4. Pregnant women and lactation period:

Pregnant women should only use it when the benefits outweigh the risks (animal experiments show a risk of skeletal deformities);

During lactation, the necessity of medication should be balanced, as medication can enter breast milk.

Common side effects include:
