1. Treatment effect

(1) Clinical data shows that about 60% -70% of patients with partial seizures can achieve a reduction in seizure frequency of ≥ 50% with monotherapy, while the control rate of generalized tonic clonic seizures is slightly lower by about 50%.

(2) The effective time is 2-4 weeks after the blood drug concentration reaches steady state, and the final effect needs to be evaluated by continuous medication for 3 months. Ineffective individuals should consider switching to other antiepileptic drugs.
