(1) Nervous system: Dizziness (15-20%), drowsiness (10-16%), and fatigue (9-11%) are the most common reactions, often occurring in the early stages of treatment and gradually tolerated within 2-4 weeks.

(2) Digestive system: nausea (7-9%), vomiting (4-6%), constipation (3-5%) and other gastrointestinal symptoms. It is recommended to take it after meals to reduce irritation.

(3) Psychological symptoms: irritability (5-7%), anxiety (3-4%), and other emotional changes. Children are more likely to exhibit aggressive behavior or emotional fluctuations.

2. Serious side effects to be cautious of
