Diarrhea: Supplement electrolyte solution and avoid high-fat diet. In severe cases, consider using antidiarrheal drugs such as montmorillonite powder and pay attention to hydration.

Rash: Discontinue suspected allergenic medication and use calamine lotion locally. Light sensitive patients need strict sun protection.

2. Digestive system side effects

Vomiting (<0.5%): Take medication after meals to reduce irritation, and drink small amounts of water in portions. If necessary, use antiemetic agents such as metoclopramide.

Elevated transaminase levels: Monitor liver function monthly during medication to avoid the use of combination therapy with hepatotoxic drugs. Stop taking medication immediately if jaundice occurs.

3. Urinary system reactions

Headache: As with common adverse reactions, the possibility of increased intracranial pressure should be ruled out.

5. Severe allergic reactions

Vascular edema: Immediately discontinue medication and administer adrenaline injection to maintain airway patency.

Stevens Johnson syndrome: Hospitalization for skin care and immunomodulatory therapy, with the use of similar medications contraindicated.

Abnormal blood system: Regular blood routine check, fever with decreased granulocytes requiring urgent treatment.
