1 Indications

2 Usage and Dosage

Evrysdi is administered orally once a day and can be taken with food or on an empty stomach. The dosage should be calculated based on the patient's weight, as follows:

(1) Patients weighing ≥ 20kg

The recommended dosage is 5mg per day, taken orally once.

(2) Patients weighing less than 20kg

The recommended dosage is 0.2mg/kg per day, taken orally once.

(3) Dose adjustment

For patients with liver dysfunction, there is no need to adjust the dosage. Patients with renal insufficiency do not need to adjust the dosage, but adverse reactions need to be closely monitored.

3. Medication for special populations
