Therapeutic dosage:

6、 Dose adjustment

Patients with renal insufficiency need to adjust the dosage:

Creatinine clearance rate of 30-60mL/min: The therapeutic dose is reduced to 30mg twice a day.

Creatinine clearance rate 10-30mL/min: The therapeutic dose is reduced to 30mg once daily.

Not recommended for patients with end-stage renal disease who have not undergone dialysis.

7、 Medication precautions

Medication time: It can be taken together with food to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.

Omission treatment: If missed, it should be replenished as soon as possible; If it is less than 2 hours before the next medication, skip and do not double the dosage.

Vomiting treatment: Vomiting immediately after taking medication requires supplementation; Vomiting for more than 30 minutes does not require supplementation.

9、 Adverse reactions

Common: Nausea, vomiting, headache (during treatment period); Nausea, headache, and pain (prevention period).
