Prohibition of combined use (prohibition of combination): When diabetes patients use alicline fumarate in combination, they must be strictly contraindicated (unless other treatments still have poor pressure control).
Be cautious and use (precautions):
Potassium salt supplements and potassium sparing diuretics may increase the risk of elevated blood potassium levels.
Sodium diuretics (such as furosemide) can cause initial acute hypotensive reactions; Start with a low dose and slowly increase the dosage.
The combination of lithium preparations may cause lithium poisoning.
The combination of similar ARBs or ACEIs drugs increases the risk of hyperkalemia and hypotension.
Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may weaken the blood pressure lowering effect of this product and cause renal function deterioration.
Bioequivalence: Data shows that Omeprazole orally disintegrating tablets have similar bioequivalence to traditional tablets and are not affected by high-fat diets.
