As an immunomodulatory agent, the medication precautions for Ozanimod involve multiple aspects such as cardiovascular monitoring, infection prevention and control, and medication for special populations. The following standards must be strictly followed to ensure medication safety.

1. Cardiovascular monitoring

(1) Before the first administration, an electrocardiogram examination is required, and heart rate is continuously monitored for 4 hours after administration.

(2) Patients with sinus node dysfunction, atrioventricular block, or a history of heart failure are contraindicated.

(3) During medication, avoid using QT interval prolonging drugs in combination and regularly check the electrocardiogram.

2. Infection prevention and control

(1) Before use, it is necessary to screen hepatitis B, tuberculosis and other latent infections, and the lymphocyte count should be ≥ 0.2 × 10 ^ 9/L.

(2) Seek medical attention immediately when experiencing fever or other symptoms of infection, and suspend medication for severe infections.

(3) Avoid receiving live vaccines, and inactivated vaccines should be administered at least 4 weeks before medication.
