Sodium valproate can increase the blood concentration of levofloxacin, and the dosage needs to be monitored and adjusted.

Carbamazepine, phenytoin, and phenobarbital can reduce their blood drug concentrations and may require an increase in dosage.

May reduce the effectiveness of oral contraceptives, it is recommended to use non hormonal contraceptive measures.

When combined with central inhibitory drugs or alcohol, the sedative effect should be avoided or reduced.

When used in combination with other drugs that affect the QT interval, the risk of arrhythmia increases and caution should be exercised.

May increase liver enzymes and require monitoring of liver function when used in combination with other hepatotoxic drugs.
