Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that irreversibly blocks the final step of gastric acid secretion by specifically inhibiting the H+/K+ATPase system on the secretion surface of gastric wall cells.

2、 Indications
1. Adults and adolescents aged 12-17:
Short term treatment for erosive esophagitis (EE) in adults and patients aged 12-17 years.
Maintenance treatment for adult EE after healing.
Short term treatment for symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
Reduce the risk of gastric ulcers associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) for patients aged 60 and above or with a history of gastric ulcers.
Combination with amoxicillin and clarithromycin to eradicate Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) and reduce the risk of recurrent duodenal ulcers in adults.
Long term treatment for pathological overproduction, including Zollinger Ellison syndrome.
2. Children aged 1-11:
NEXIU oral suspension is used for short-term treatment of EE.
Used for short-term treatment of GERD symptoms.
3. Infants and young children aged 1 month to less than 1 year old:

5、 Usage and dosage
1. Recommended route of administration:
