Uritos, a new tablet formulation of imidafenacin, is primarily used as an anticholinergic agent for the treatment of overactive bladder. Its side effects involve multiple systems, necessitating targeted mitigation measures. 1. Common side effects

(1) Urinary system

The incidence of dysuria is approximately 15%, with elderly males being more prone to it. It is recommended to monitor residual urine volume after the first dose, and reduce the dosage if it exceeds 200ml.

The risk of urinary tract infection increases by 12%, manifested as increased urinary frequency and urgency. It is recommended to increase daily water intake to more than 2L and undergo regular urine tests.

(2) Nervous system

The incidence of dry mouth can reach up to 30%, which can be alleviated by chewing sugar-free gum or using artificial saliva.

Blurred vision is often temporary. Avoid driving at night during medication. Use artificial tears if necessary.

(3) Cardiovascular system
