Linezolid, as an oxazolidone antibiotic, commonly has side effects such as bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal reactions, and neurological symptoms, which need to be alleviated through regular monitoring, symptomatic treatment, and medication adjustments. 1. Serious side effects requiring immediate medical attention

(1) Bone marrow suppression: manifested as fever, abnormal bleeding or bruising, pale skin, etc., immediate discontinuation of medication and monitoring of blood routine, and necessary infusion of platelets or red blood cells.

(2) Serotonin syndrome: If symptoms such as high fever, tremors, and confusion occur, all serotonin drugs should be discontinued and supportive treatment should be given.

(3) Lactic acidosis: manifested as difficulty breathing, drowsiness, or abdominal pain, requiring urgent testing of blood lactate levels and correction of electrolyte imbalances.

2. Common self relieving side effects

(1) Gastrointestinal reactions: Symptoms such as diarrhea and nausea can be relieved by taking medication in divided doses, after meals, or using probiotics.
