1. Diarrhea management

Mild (daily increase ≤ 3 times): Take oral rehydration salts, avoid high fiber, greasy and dairy products; You can try montmorillonite powder or loperamide.

Moderate to severe (daily increase ≥ 4 times or symptoms of dehydration): Suspend Axitinib and contact a doctor; Electrolyte supplementation is required, and hospitalization for fluid replacement may be necessary.

Warning: If there is bloody stool, severe abdominal pain, or fever, seek medical attention immediately to rule out intestinal obstruction or infection.

2. Skin rash management

Daily care: Use a mild soap free cleanser and apply a fragrance free moisturizer daily; Avoid direct sunlight and use broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF ≥ 30.

Classification processing:

Mild (local papules/erythema): Apply topical weak acting hormones (such as hydrocortisone) or antibiotic ointments (such as clindamycin).

Moderate to severe (extensive rash with itching/pain): Take doxycycline or minocycline orally according to the doctor's advice, and add medium to strong topical hormones.

Taboo: Do not squeeze or use irritating skincare products on your own; If the rash is accompanied by fever or blisters, discontinue medication and seek emergency treatment.

3. Management of Stomatitis

Basic care: Use soft bristled toothbrushes and fluoride toothpaste; Rinse your mouth with physiological saline or sodium bicarbonate solution after meals, avoiding mouthwash containing alcohol.

Pain intervention: Lidocaine gargle or benzocaine gel can be used for local pain relief before eating.

Dietary adjustment: Choose warm and cool soft foods, and avoid acidic, spicy, or rough foods.

Medical indications: If white patches (indicating fungal infection), ulcer surface enlargement, or inability to eat occur, Osimertinib should be discontinued and antifungal (such as antifungal) or systemic analgesic treatment should be initiated.
