1、 Fatigue management

Regularly arrange short breaks and avoid prolonged bed rest; Napping during the day should not exceed 30 minutes to avoid affecting nighttime sleep.

Reserve energy, break down daily activities into multiple short periods, and prioritize important tasks.

Engage in low-intensity exercises such as walking or stretching, and dynamically adjust the duration and frequency according to physical fitness.

Assess the presence of anemia or hypothyroidism and provide targeted interventions if necessary.

2、 Coping with decreased appetite

Eat small meals frequently, arrange 5-6 small meals per day to alleviate feelings of fullness.
